As the Ministry Partner Development (MPD) director for the Campus Ministry of Cru, Dave oversees a network of 16 MPD leaders and 60 MPD coaches. His vision is for all 4,200 Campus Ministry staff to be fully funded and fully on mission. He is passionate about raising up the next generation of missionaries, keeping seasoned staff engaged in the mission, and shaping a healthy MPD culture within Cru. He lives in Orlando with his wife of 30 years, Nancy. They have four children and two grandchildren.
