Prerequisites
Attended an SRS Bootcamp or similar training within the past 4 years
Currently living and ministering on personally raised support and fully funded
Can identify a minimum of 5 staff who would allow you to coach them

Certification
To receive your SRS MPD Coaching Certification you must:
- Attend all sessions - 3 full days of Virtual Training and all 6 monthly cohorts. If you have an unforeseen circumstance that precludes you from attending live, you must communicate that and find a way to make up the training missed.
- Complete all assignments.
