Cross-Cultural Coaching: Leveraging Differences for Client Growth
Your culture and the culture of the other person affect the coaching process. It is critical for those coaching with culturally diverse people to understand basic differences in culture. Join Keith Webb as he will lead an interactive webinar that will increase awareness of cultural differences and their impact on the coaching process. Through stories, discussion, and coaching models and tools you will learn to recognize and effectively coach those culturally different than you.
