Not only is it a new year, but a new decade! January is the perfect time to pause and evaluate your MPD Department goals and progress, in order to make changes that are necessary to be more effective and aligned with your vision. Join Tammy Doçi and she looks at a few LifePlan tools applied to Cru’s MPD Department, to help them evaluate where they are, where they need to be, and how to best get there. These tools will be helpful to you, not only evaluating your MPD Department or team, but they can be easily translated to other areas of your life.

Tammy Doçi has served with Cru for 26 years, 19 of those being in the tiny yet significant country of Albania where she had the privilege to help raise up and train Albanian national staff. Upon her return to the States in 2013, Tammy began serving as an MPD Coach where she discovered her passion for coaching, mentoring & developing new laborers in one of the most challenging & refining seasons of missionary life, Ministry Partner Development. In November of 2018, Tammy began serving on the National Team of MPD Directors for Cru’s Campus Ministry, providing MPD leadership to campus ministries across 10 states (Alaska down to Texas). She and her husband, Alban, are recent transplants to Colorado Springs.
