SRS Event Policy on COVID-19

The safety of our participants and staff is of utmost importance. We are following guidelines from both the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and any given state. 

Should you be unable to attend an event you have registered for you may transfer your registration 1 time within 60 days of the event if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • You have contracted COVID-19 within 14 days of the event
  • You have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19 within 14 days of the event
  • Your organization restricts travel due to COVID-19 concerns

Please be aware of any travel concerns and limitations, especially if crossing national borders. When booking flights, hotels and car rentals, be sure to book wisely checking each merchant’s policies regarding cancellation due to COVID-19. SRS is not responsible for the change fees associated with travel: flights, hotels, car rentals, etc..

SRS is continuing to host scheduled events at our host locations around the country.

Based on information from the CDC, we recommend hosts and staff use these guidelines.

  • Guests and hosting staff should prescreen themselves prior to arrival. If guests have fever, cough, or shortness of breath they should not attend.
  • Guests should wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, with 60% alcohol.
  • Guests should avoid touching their eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands and cough into a tissue or elbow.
